• How do I contact the company in case I have a question?

You can send an email to webshop@anneclairepetit.nl at any time. We will contact you as soon as possible. From Monday until Friday you can reach the office from 9 am until 5 pm on the following phone number +31 (0) 206792338. On Saturday and Sunday the office is closed.


  • Where are the products of Anne-Claire Petit made?

Our handmade products are produced in China, Thailand and Nepal. Expertise and working conditions are of great importance to us. We really appreciate the specialized handwork they do and pay them accordingly. We do not use child labor. We ensure that the workers we employ are treated properly and are not discriminated in any way. Our crochet teams in China and Nepal work from home. Their specialized handwork is part of their cultural and craft heritage. Our team in Thailand works in a clean and spacious atelier.  Under ‘About us’ you will find more information about our production.

  • Are baby items and toys safe for my baby?

We do our utmost to ensure that our baby items and toys comply with our own high standards as well as the European and international legal standards. All our baby items and toys are tested and comply with the international toy safety directives. You can find the CE marking on the attached labels. These tests certify among others that our products have no sharp edges, points or small parts and that no potential hazards exist. Besides no harmful chemicals are used; the dyes used are colourfast and 100% azo free.

  • Will the delivered products be always exactly the same in terms of colour and size as those in the webshop?

Each product is handmade and therefore unique, little differences in size and colour may exist. Besides keep in mind that images on your screen may look different to the actual product.

  • What should I do when the product I would like to order is temporarily not available in the webshop?

When the product you would like to order is temporarily not available please contact us at webshop@anneclairepetit.nl. We are happy to inform you when the product will back in stock. Or maybe we can help you to find a selling point nearby.

  • I am looking for a product that is not shown in the webshop. What should I do?

In our webshop you can find products that are part of our current collection. Every season new products are added to our collection. If you do not find the product you are looking for, this product is probably no longer part of our collection. You can always contact us to check whether the product is still available.


  • Where do you ship to?

We are able to ship worldwide. However, the webshop allows only direct orders within the EU. If your delivery address is outside the EU and you would like to place an order, please e-mail us your contact details (including; delivery address, invoice address and phone number) at webshop@anneclairepetit.nl and the products you would like to order. We will send you the quote as soon as possible.

  • How much shipping costs do I have to pay?

Shipping costs will be based on your delivery address and calculated during checkout.

For the EU shipping costs are calculated automatically, under ‘order& delivery’ you will find an overview for shipping costs for EU countries.  If you live outside the EU you will have to send us and email (webshop@anneclairepetit.nl) and we will inform you by email about the shipping costs for your country.

  • Do you offer gift-wrapping?

We offer gift wrapping service for free. Please note that gift wrapping options are not available for items that measure more than 30 cm x 40 cm.  We also offer the opportunity to inlcude a card with personalised message to your order. The price of this personalised card is €1,50.

  • How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

After your checkout you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

A reflection period of 7 days is applicable to your purchases. You have a right of withdrawal during this period. If you decide to return the articles, you will have to contact us by e-mail at: webshop@anneclairepetit.nl. After given approval, we will transfer the amount to be reimbursed to your bank account within 14 days. The shipping costs incurred for returning these articles will be borne by you.

  • How do I have to return my items?

The products must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging accompanied by the order number. We can only accept the return when the sender of the returned items can be identified and when conditions as described above are complied with.


  • What is the delivery time?

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after the order has been paid. This is an indication of the estimated delivery period. You will receive the tracking number of the parcel as soon as your order has been sent.

  • I have received an incorrect article, an article containing a hidden fault or an incorreclty deliverd order. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, no later than within seven days after the purchase, by e-mail (webshop@anneclairepetit.nl) and if necessary include a picture of the product. After given approval, we will ask you to return the article in an unused state, undamaged and in the original packing accompanied by the order number. We will replace the article and send it to you without any additional charges. In this case we will also take care of the return costs.

  • My parcel was damaged in transit. What should I do?

If you find upon delivery that your parcel is damaged, please send us an e-mail at webshop@anneclairepetit.nl immediately and include an photo of the damaged parcel.

  • Can I change the shipping address once my order has been confirmed?

Once your has been confirmed and you want to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by email at webshop@anneclairepetit.nl or by phone on the following phone number +31 (0) 206792338. Although we will do our best we cannot guarantee that such requests can be taken into account.


  • What payment methods are accepted in the webshop?

In the webshop you can pay by means of; the iDEAL payment system (Netherlands only), Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, Bancontact/Mr. Cash (Belgium only) and Sofort Banking. For payments with Visa/Masterdcard, Bancontact/Mr. Cash and Sofort banking we will charge €2,50.

  • Is my payment secured?

During the payment process, the padlock symbol will appear in your browser to confirm that your connection is encrypted and secure. Authorization servers are then consulted in order to verify the payment data and combat abuse and fraud. SSL encryption technology ensures the security of the data that you enter during the banking transaction.


  • Do you share my personal information with third parties?

The personal information provided by you will never be shared with, or sold to, a third party for commercial purposes.


  • I am a retailer and would like to stock the Anne-Claire Petit collection. What should I do?
